  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz cooked pasta (such as shells, penne or spaghetti)
  • Fresh or dried parsley, chopped (for garnish)

How To Make Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Step 1: Prepare the Crockpot – Begin by setting up your trusty slow cooker. Make sure it’s clean and ready to work its magic. Either spray your crockpot with cooking spray or use a crockpot liner. I like to use crockpot liners for easy clean up.

Step 2: Add Chicken – Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over chicken. Before you throw the bottle away pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in the bottle. Give it a good shake then pour over the chicken.

Step 3: Add More Cheese – Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken, followed by the cream cheese.

Step 4: Cook Low and Slow – Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on high heat for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Step 5: Shred the Chicken – Once chicken will shred with a fork it is done. Remove chicken from the crockpot and give it a good shred. Return chicken to the crockpot and stir until well combined.

Step 6: Cook the Pasta – While the chicken is finishing up in the crockpot, cook your pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Step 8: Combine Pasta and Chicken Mixture – Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the crockpot with the creamy chicken mixture. Gently stir everything together until the pasta is coated evenly with the sauce.

Step 9: Serve and Garnish – Serve the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and added freshness.
