  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried mince onions
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • smoked paprika

How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta

Step 1: Prepare the Pasta – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Step 2: Make the Sauce – In a medium sized sauce pan add softened cream cheese and milk. Whisk cream cheese and milk over low-medium heat. Once the cream cheese is mixed in add the dried minced onions, stirring frequently until it becomes a smooth texture.

Step 3: Assemble the Dish – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In the same pot that the pasta was cooked in, combine the cooked pasta, cubed ham, and chicken. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish, smoothing out the pasta until it is in an even layer.

Step 4: Top with Breading and Bake – In a separate bowl add panko crumbs and melted butter along with a sprinkle of smoked paprika. Mix until panko crumbs are covered in butter. Spread mixture evenly over the top of the pasta. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
