How to Make 30 Minute Meatball Subs

Step 1: Warm Up the Marinara Sauce and Meatballs – Pour marinara and meatballs into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through. Make sure it’s hot and ready to go when you assemble your subs.

Step 2: Toast the Sub Rolls – Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Butter the sub rolls and sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic powder to taste. Toast them in a preheated oven at 400 °F (204.4 °C). Bake for 5 minutes or until they’re golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
